Chef Vivek Swamy didn’t take a straight path to Westboro. With a foundation in classic hotel management in India and postgraduate training in Artisanal Culinary Arts here in London, Ontario, he brings a unique "dual citizenship" to his cooking.

The Philosophy: Discipline Meets Spice
Vivek is a butcher, a baker, and a spice obsessed creator. He respects the French Mother Sauces but isn't afraid to introduce them to Indian saffron, Mexican chilies, or Korean gochujang.

Locally Rooted
We are proud to call Westboro home. We source locally whenever possible, partnering with Ontario farmers who share our belief that great food starts with the soil. When you eat at Goldfinch, you’re tasting the best of Canada, dressed in the flavors of the world.
